In several of Zan's stories the six members of far-future band Gestalt star as main characters. If you knew Z you won't be surprised that every Gestalt book came with an album of Gestalt songs, because every time they rehearsed or performed a song in the story it would come to life soon after. Of course.

This is a Gestalt song from "Return From Argenthome" that I recorded for fun, just because I liked it.
Definitely a pop song!

Zanda Myrande/Zander Nyrond/Jonathan Waite/Andrew Lyng had many names. Zanda was the newest (only found in 2016) and probably the most important one.

Zan was an amazing writer, songwriter, and person, and her brain was basically an ant hill where every ant carried a book around.
She died very suddenly in July 2019, aged 63.
